Project Deliverables

The Sustainable Future – Sus-Fut project produced a set of interconnected results aimed at developing green skills, strengthening employability and providing long-term support to the young people who participated in the project. The main deliverables were designed so that they could continue to be used even after the completion of the project activities.

Green Skills Training Programme: A training programme was implemented for 80 young people, covering topics such as sustainability, renewable energy, waste management, eco-friendly business models, digital skills and entrepreneurship. The training combined theoretical knowledge with practical and non-formal learning methods.

Green Skills Manual: A comprehensive Green Skills Manual was developed as a tool for continuous learning and practical application. The manual was based on the training programme and included guidance, examples, case studies, tools, exercises and practical applications related to sustainability and the circular economy. It was designed for digital use and could also be downloaded for offline access.

Online Learning Platform: An online learning platform was created, providing continuous access to training materials, guides, case studies, tools, exercises and downloadable resources. The platform was designed to be accessible, user-friendly and suitable for self-directed learning, offering long-term access to the project results.

Job Positioning and Internships: Job placements and internships were implemented for 8 participants, four in Cyprus and four in Greece. The participants gained real professional experience in sectors related to the green and circular economy, strengthening their job readiness and employability.
Dissemination and Communication Materials: Dissemination and promotional materials were produced, including the project logo, digital flyers, infographics, information materials and social media content. At the same time, multiplier events, presentations and good practice exchange activities were organised to promote the project results to young people, trainers, organisations, businesses and other interested stakeholders.

Overall, the Sus-Fut deliverables created a comprehensive framework for education and support, linking training, self-directed learning, digital tools and real work experience. In this way, the project results can continue to be used by young people, trainers and organisations even after the project’s official completion.
