The Project Sustainable Future Sus-Fut
The Sustainable Future – Sus-Fut project is an Erasmus+ KA210-YOU initiative aimed at developing green skills and improving the employability of young people who face social, economic, educational or geographical barriers. The project responds to the growing labour market demand for skills related to sustainability and the circular economy.
It is implemented by AK Anaglyfo Consulting Ltd in Cyprus and ReSEES – Athens University of Economics and Business in Greece, combining vocational training experience with academic and research expertise in sustainability.
The main activities include Green Skills Training for 80 young people, the development of the Green Skills Manual, the creation of an Online Learning Platform, the implementation of 8 job placements/internships, and dissemination and communication activities. The main deliverables provide practical training, long-term access to educational resources and a direct link between learning and real opportunities in the green economy.
Overall, Sus-Fut creates a practical and accessible learning framework that supports social inclusion, skills development and the transition of young people towards more sustainable career pathways.
